I was expecting a quality boutique hotel - given the reasonably upmarket price. On arrival i saw that the standard rooms are your average 3 star hotels - adequate but nothing nice. We selected this hotel on the basis of a few good reviews and its well-designed website, which made it look like an attractive boutique hotel. It wasn't. The room itself was adequate but not in great condition (in particular the bathroom needed a lot of modernisation) and it was rather noisy - we could hear everything from the adjacent room.... more
