A perfect location, close to many restaurants and Circular Quay which is a transportation hub in Sidney. The staff are great, particular mention to Abdallah, he was very helpful and made some excellent recommendations. Book early for a better price than walking in off the street. More

Recently spent a night, for business, in the Harbour Rocks Hotel and it was excellent. The staff were lovely. The room was spotless and in a great location right in the heart of the Rocks. Although the room was on footpath level noise, from pedestrians or traffic, was not a problem. Would definitely stay there again. More

In the heart of " The Rocks" this little gem is a perfect hub for exploring Sydney. I only had a long weekend so wanted to be close to all the action. A short walk to the ferries. A view of Sydney opera house from my room. Darling harbour near by. The bridge climb practically over my head. And restaurants... More

Although only here for a 2 night stay, this hotel was a brilliant location for seeing the sights of Sydney. The hotel was undergoing renovation while we were there, however with minimal disturbance to the guests and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. Our room was lovely, modern and clean, with great views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera... More

Stayed in January, found reception friendly and helpful, great room. The location is the best being next door to lots of restaurants and a short walk to the cbd. More

We found an AUD $35 dinner deal that included a starter, main course and a glass of wine. that seemed like a good deal before a show at the Sydney Opera House on Jan 12 2011. Scallops, salmon and a good glass of Australian wine. The restaurant features a daily special and the service is good and friendly. For good... More

We only had one night here, but it was great. The hotel had been recently renovated, and fused high quality modern finishes with old, rustic touches. The hotel was booked by a travel agent friend, and we had no idea what it was going to be like. When we arrived, and the solid woodern automatic doors parted, we were delighted... More

I really liked this hotel & I also booked their meeting room for 2 days but I found it to be quite expensive for what it is. Yes, location is good but the bedroom & meeting room were small & every small extra cost a lot! Food is also quite pricey. More

Sydney is a vibrant city with much on offer. Most of the action is around Circular Quay with the Botanical Gardens and Sydney Opera House on one side and the trendy Rocks district on the other. The Harbour Rocks Hotel is tucked in a reasonably quiet street just behind the main thoroughfare of George Street, home to boutiques and designer... More
