Wonderful stay! I arrived around 9 am at the hotel and I can have an early check in. It is perfect for me after spending the overnight on the plane. The location of this hotel is great with just 2 minute walk from Circular Quay station and not in a congested area. The pier and Sydney Opera House are just... More

This is a fantastic hotel. The proximity to the city and the Opera House make it a very central hotel for a short break in Sydney. The buffet lunch at Cafe Opera is sensational. The variety of food is excellent, it is always fresh and well presented. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff polite and helpful. It is a... More

We chose this hotel on the advice of our travel agent, who said, "It's a once-in-a-lifetime trip, so you should spend a little extra and get a good view..." While we didn't get a harbour view, we were perfectly happy with the bay view (which included the Royal Botanic Gardens). Beautiful! The location was great: not in a congested area... More

Thankyou for taking the time to write your review and it is pleasing to read that you had a most enjoyable stay with us. The Deluxe Eastern Harbour View room you had booked is a great view, it is uninterrupted and it is very pleasant viewing the Botanical Gardens as well as the Eastern view of the Harbour. I am... Fabulous views from our room , corporate style room with very comfy bed. Are the views worth £400? Perhaps not. Can't comment on food but gin and tonic worst ever packed full of ice and little gin. Concierge service exemplary, not only do you receive written confirmation of your request but also displayed on your tv. More

Whilst this is an ideal located hotel for Circular Quay, it would not be one of my favourite Intercontinentals. We arrived late evening and whilst check in was fairly friendly, I got the impression that because we were using an Ambassador voucher we could be treated a little less than one would expect. Club access was offered at $150.00 per... More

Ive stayed here a few times and it's my favourite. Last time it was just after my fiancé proposed and he arranged to have roses in the room. When we walked in it looked like a rose mascara had taken place, with rose heads cut off at the stems- it was funny, other than that everything is lovely here- I... More

We have stayed several times at this hotel and have enjoyed it on every occasion. Small problems are dealt with efficiently and courteously. The club lounge is a wonderful environment with excellent views and superb staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. As we arrived at the hotel I wondered if we would try somewhere... We stayed in the Intercontinental during our Aus/NZ trip. The room was perfect with the view to Sydney Harbor Bridge. We chose the Harbor view room. It's perfect location and just few minutes to best restaurants and harbor area. I would not recommend the breakfast in the hotel as there are many restaurants nearby. I want to specially thank the... Great location. Room was ready when we arrived at 10 am. Fab view from room worth upgrade. Pool disappointing for 5 star very strange layout but super views. Drinks expensive but location and decor make up for it. Would stay again. More
