Yes it is expensive but the location more than made up for it - the view was stunning i.e. looking on to the Opera House; good for visitinig the Rocks markets and fir dining out as well as taking the ferries. more

We stayed here for only a night, using points rather than paying. I'm not sure any hotel is worth what this place charges, but it is certainly a lovely, top-of-the-line hotel in an ideal location.
