A hotel that is well worth paying the extra for. The location is stunning with views across the harbour to the Opera House, and the Harbour Bridge. Rooms are a good size, with TV, mini bar, shower and balcony. With a short walk to South Quay and the ferries to attractions on the city. The breakfast is great and I... more

I booked my 1 night at the Park Hyatt Sydney a television promotion and could not have been happier. The service from the valet parking through check-in was professional and friendly and I very much enjoyed my lunch and breakfast in the Harbour Kitchen. My room had a lovely view of the harbour which was almost too good to leave... more

Perfect location directly on the harbor overlooking the magnificent Opera House. The restaurant is very good just like the table service. Very small pool on the terrace practically unusable but better than nothing. A short walk from downtown. The spacious rooms with beautiful white marble bathroom bath and separate shower, modern and functional with an essential small panoramic terrace. Staff... more

We were greeted by Ryan who gave us our room keys and walked us to our room. He showed us the features of the room and answered all the questions we had. (Thank you Ryan!) Park Hyatt has the best location in the Circular Quay area by far! We stayed in room 333 which gave us a great view of... more

We have been on a round the world trip. Been on the road for almost 8 weeks and we are my husband and I are really discriminating, as we are in the resort/hospitality business in California. Where does one go to celebrate a special occasion in Sydney? Which hotel has the best view in Sydney? The Park Hyatt in Sydney has an unrivalled view of the Opera House, Circular Quay and The Harbour Bridge so that was where we headed to celebrate a special birthday. The checkin was smooth, the room was modern and had all... more

If you plan to stay in Sydney, and your budget will stretch to this, then indulge yourself. It is worth the money for the views of the Opera House and Harbour alone. Excellent service from well-trained staff, who made my stay so very comfortable. more

We stayed here for only a night, using points rather than paying. I'm not sure any hotel is worth what this place charges, but it is certainly a lovely, top-of-the-line hotel in an ideal location. According to our very impressed taxi driver, it's the best hotel in town. Our room was beautiful, big and elegant but not over the top.... more

We stayed in this hotel and had booked a Opera House view room, don't get me wrong this is an expensive option for staying in Sydney but if you've got the money or are aiming for a real treat this hotel is worth paying for and the upgrade to an Opera house view room is a must.. The rooms are... more
