Best location and wonderful staff. Pay extra for the harbour view. You can spend hours sitting on the balcony with a bottle of wine watching the world go by. Rooms are big, fresh and modern with all furniture and fittings perfect. Not so shabby here. Only problem was a hens night next door which one lady wearing a horse costume... more

My teenage son & I made a return visit to the Quay Grand having previously stayed there 2 years ago in a 2 bedroom Opera Hse/Garden view room. We thought that visit was wonderful & our view lovely.
