Quay Grand was without a doubt exceptional! We chose this location for my partners birthday night away from home. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we departed, the staff could not be faltered. Service was the best. Prices were just right and the view was mind blowing! This adds to my previous review on the excellent service at Grand Quay. I left a leather jacket and my wifes rain coat in our room only realising when I returned to the cold of London and went to put the jacket on.
