2nd stay here. All rooms seem to be different. 1st time round the room seemed renovated and was quite nice. 2nd time round room is quite ordinary but the lounge is quite possibly the most uncomfortable piece of rubbish I've ever sat on. Many better value hotels close by

This property is ideally located for those wishing to visit Chinatown, Darling Harbour and the CBD. Parking is $40/night, which I guess is about OK for Sydney. Our room was clean and tidy, but really the property needs a 'tidy up'. Staff were very helpul and informative. Would I go back??, probably not. No restaurant on-site.

The big plus is the location which is excellent. The rooms were ok, a little shabby, but acceptable. I found the rooms dark -- poor lighting not helped by a bulb out.
