We were so delighted to experience that the Langham Hotel had not lost all the wonderful qualities of The Observatory Hotel. The Langham Sydney (formerly the Observatory) is a great hotel. It is my favourite in Sydney and when I am staying on that side of town. Service is excellent, the rooms have wonderful old world charm. Great place.

Lovely spacious, well appointed rooms. Great pool / gym and spa facilities and reception / concierge were very helpful. It is a little way to walk to town but well worth it for the quiet. Our room even had a water view.This hotel exceeded my expectations.

A lovely hotel. Great service and beautifully appointed rooms. We were upgraded to a harbour view room which was very nice - interesting to watch the cruise ships dock into Walsh bay. The breakfast was very good as was the service here as well. Recommended for special occasions. Very close to the Rocks and quiet at night.
