I have recently stayed at the Harbourview Hotel North Sydney and I loved their service and meals. I don’t often travel to North Sydney and I don’t know my way around there but I found this very easy with the very helpful staff there. We chose this hotel for it's location as had functions on the north side to attend. Our room was on the eighth floor and whilst had bay views it also overlooked busy freeway and was directly above noisy trainline. The room smelt musty and the couches and bed spreads were stained. I couldn't believe the view!! It is so amazing I have booked there for New Years Eve and am counting down the days! The staff were also fantastic, always willing to help and I have been to many hotels and not experienced this kind of service. I will definately be back! more

The harbourview hotel in North Sydney is mostly a business travel hotel, located in North Sydney, accross from harbour bridge in the corporate district. We stayed there on a special deal over the weekend. It was great! The view of the Harbour Bridge is gorgeous. Staff is very friendly and the service was excellent. We stayed at the Harbourview Hotel in July and cant rave enough about it. The view is amazing, and you never get enough of looking out the window. It definately lives up to its name. Our room looked right onto the Harbour Bridge, City Skyline & Lavender Bay. That said though, a hotel cannot be judged purely on its view.... more

I only stayed at this hotel for one night - and it was pretty good. The building is really old and the rooms are kept up to date and refurbished well. Good carpet, nice bedding, light fittings etc. Decent sized room. The furniture was your usual hotel - great desk. TV cabinet, bedside table, wardrobe a bit bashed but good... more
