I have just returned from an excellent weekend stay at the Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour and could not fault the staff, food and the location. We had booked a Club Room on the internet and even as a priority club member did not expect the fantastic service that we received. We were pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to a... more

We have just spent 5 days at the Crowne Plaza on Darling Harbour. The service was fansastic and we would like to thank the staff for an excellent stay. The location was great - within easy walking distance to all Darling Harbour attractions as well as the central shopping precient and aslo the delights of Chinatown. We decided on a... more

We booked into this hotel as a last minute option. It was clean, tidy, comfortable and within easy walking distance of some fascinating attractions. This hotel is no thrill and very much part of the standard crowne plaza chain effect, but it’s in a good location. The hotel has a business centre that proved useful for booking our onward journey... more

We stayed here for 5 nights, check in staff were very friendly, also the concierge. Lots of information on day tours / trips etc. in reception. Nice clean rooms, with nice views. Bathrooms are a good size and clean. Room service was not good however, we waited a long time and it was cold when we got it and didn't... more

This was the final stay on my holiday to Australia - a week in Sydney. The hotel was chosen mainly on the fact I could earn a lot of Priority Club points and seemed for the Google map on the CP website well located. I booked a King Club room but as I have but my Priority Club status was... more

We stayed 4 nights and found the staff to be very professional and helpful. Our room was functional and fairly spacious. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower which I prefer to those dingy combined tub/shower contraptions. More importantly the bathroom was very clean and quite spacious. On the downside, the water pressure was dreadful, making your shower quite... more

When we arrived the concierge was great, took our keys and luggage then directed us to reception. From there is went downhill...we had the misfortune of meeting Mohammed at reception who was rude & disinterested in being there. We had booked a king suite but ended up with a 2nd floor room with 2 double beds...when we entered the room... more

Located at the edge of Darling Harbour on the city side. The location suits me fine. 5-10mins walk to Darling Harbour restaurants, 5 mins walk to the city centre and Town Hall train station, 12mins walk to Chinatown, 20mins walk to the Rocks. Nothing overly spectacular as a hotel - it targets the business sector, and does it well. Taxi... more

Recently stayed two nights at this hotel on a lower level king bed studio room. Concierge were welcoming and accommodating with various direction/amenities/etc requests. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed and lounge chair. Bathroom was well stocked – and with fantastic water pressure in the shower. Chose to eat out rather than in the restaurants... more
