The hotel believes in good service and big smiles. I definitely saw a big smile from a check-in staff. Impressive. The room is big and clean. It is rated as 4 star which is accurate. Not as luxury as Hyatt or anything like that but much better than some hotels that have been rated 4 star as the Menzies Sydney.... more

Stayed here for one night and pleasantly surprised by the spacious room, cleanliness and excellent facilities in the place. Location is great for the city, staff are helpful and the overall ambience is good, albeit there is a distinct business feel (rather than holidaymakers). All in all a safe bet for a few nights. more
