A very run down property with poorly maintained, dirty rooms!! The internet in the rooms couldnt get any slower! Very noisy till the early hours every day of the week, with obvious signs of drug abuse! Drunken behaviour and fighting wasn't a rare sight! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! more

I lived this hostel for 2 months and met few people and had both good and bad experiences. Facilities are not bad. no micorwave, toaster in the room.. you need to go kitchen to use it. You have computer in room with free interent, which is free and but quite slow. No problem for browsing, checking email. They have got... more

Me and a friend stayed here from Sept 2008 until February 2009. The rooms are perfect compared to other hostels. Great for long-termers / working people. Each room has 4 beds in, en-suite, fridge, freezer, tv, dvd, pc with 24/7 free internet!, wardrobes, draws (plenty of storage), sink, kettle, food shelves, air-con. Laundry facilities, free car-park. You clean your own... more

I stayed here for 6 weeks in 2007 and loved it! Met some amazing people there who I still keep in touch with. I didn't find it at all loud, I was able to work a full-time job while staying there and didnt lose any sleep. The in-room internet was great, and having an ensuite meant the bathroom was kept... more

The rooms are absolutely filthy. We were put there by our study abroad program and had no choice but to stay once we arrived. We had a mold spot in our bathroom that they simply painted over. Our room had bed bugs and they told us they could spray and kill "half of them." The only plus was they left... more

Do not expect to get any sleep there, all night parties with lots of drinking, shouting and brawling. Give it a miss unless you are an all night owl and boozer more

If you want a good night's sleep, don't stay here. Its full of backpackers partying all night long (Friday night until 3.30am), families with noisy kids running up and down stairwells to the rooftop patio. The new management do not adhere to the supposed curfew at night. The onsite security is inadequate at night. People bang doors consistently as the... more

We stayed one night at this motel. From our travel guide book we expected a motel but this place rather is a budget hotel for backpackers. On the first and second floor are dorms. Only the third floor has doubles with in suite showers and toilets. The place was rather noisy. At 7.50am the workers started on the rooftop, but... more
