I stayed at oaks goldsbrough a while ago and the staff were so rude and unfriendly. They claimed to run a 4 place but it was so rough inside and the staff so unhelpful. We had to switch rooms as our airconditioning did not work and we got 3 different replies and the high chair that was requested did not materaliase. This place is awful. It's location is OK but not great, the apartments are small and the decor is old and dirty. The bathrooms are horrible - small, old, dirty.
