Worst thing--waking up, in the middle of the night, to cockroaches the size of mice! No screen on window, no light for reading in bed, only high ceiling fan, dirty dish in the cupboard, no ice or ice cube tray. When asked for some ice, we were brought 2 empty ice cube trays. We certainly didn't stay in a room... more
I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and the management here is the rudest I have ever seen. Spoiled my whole stay. Stay away! more
Stayed here for 17 nights as it was close to my sister in Randwick. Handy for us in that regards. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children, 13 and 10. We had quiet a large room with a double and 2 single beds, small kitchen area with sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and kettle, ensuite bathroom with shower.... more
