We stayed in a refurbished one bedroom apartment about a month ago and were pleasantly surprised by the large bedroom and huge bathroom. There were sufficient kitchen facilities including good-sized fridge, and televisions in both the lounge and bedroom. Motel staff were also very helpful and friendly. I was very impressed with this motel. It was a very busy time in Wagga but they didn't double their prices like everyone else. For the price we were expecting a simple room, but we got a separate bedroom, a kitchen, a spacious renovated bathroom and tasteful decor. Service was also excellent!

Last week I spent three very cold nights in this beautifully refurbished, spotless studio apartment very close to the shopping centre, city attractions, cinema, river bank walks and excellent Information Centre. We booked a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious. It was clean and comfortable and had a nice kitchenette. The motel is within walking distance to the main street. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Overall a great place for a stop -over.

We were disappointed with the service provided at this hotel. The service at reception was very unprofessional. They charged us extra for breakfast (although we had been specifically informed upon arrival that it was included in the accommodation price) and they also charged us for a one bedroom apartment (even though we booked a studio).
