Stayed at this hotel on 22/12/09, all the staff were very helpful and friendly, the restaurants food was delicious although I am a big eater and the servings rather small. I have already booked my next stay here and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone !!! more

Somewhere i wont be staying again. Booked based on web site photos and price hoping that it would be nice. Was kept waiting for check in, mini bar half full, small bathroom and shower didnt look as good as on internet. Room service was prompt, though ridiculously over priced and small, $35 for 'steak' and mash that was tiny. Should... more

Let me sum it up Pros- good location, huge rooms, comfortable bed, good tv Cons- noisy, noisy ,noisy, indifferent reception staff, hard pillows The rooms open onto a gallery overlooking the bar/restauant area complete with resident pianist. This made the lounge area of our room very noisy. The bedroom area at the back was better but the garbage is collected... more

I cannot speak more highly of this hotel. I have stayed at the Pavilion on several occasions and feel compelled to finally write a review. On every occasion I have found the service to be more than personal, even developing a strong rapport with many of the very friendly staff. Any of my fellow corporate travelers would know all too... more

Stayed for one night on a business trip. I was happy with the room - yes they are painted brick, but if anyone thinks this makes the hotel 2-star they need to try a real 2-star place and see the difference. The bed was comfy (only a double) and the bathroom was roomy. Overall I was happy with it, I... more

We booked this room on Wotif. The rooms put aside for Wotif must be the ones closest to the main reception area. The room was very basic. As this room was on the ground floor, the windows looked out on to the car park. With the curtains closed the room was very dark, and the lighting made the room quite... more

We stayed at this property in December. The property is ok, however I think it is overrated in terms of the room quality. maybe the bar and restaurent has contributed to the rating. To say Wagga gets hot in summer is an understatement - this property needs to invest in much more effective cooling - the public areas were foul. more

The building itself is quite brilliant from the outside and I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent reception area. The staff were very pleasant at checkin and everything was explained - including the access to a computer with free internet (which was a boon as I did not have my laptop with me). The bar is very modern and... more

I recently stayed in a "Two Room Suite" with a work colleague. The suite was spacious and well laid out, with the bathroom separating the two rooms. The bathroom itself was very spacious and well designed and the shower delivered excellent pressure. The room itself was quite inviting and having a balcony was a nice touch. The only problems I... more
