OK so you've read the reviews, and they're pretty much spot on. This place is a little like Alice Springs itself - adequate, unremarkable, and probably skip-able. But the service was helpful, the rooms clean, and everything worked, so no complaints. Its an easy walk to Todd Mall over the bridge, and there's a (freezing) pool and spa. The restaurant... more

There is not a lot of choice in Alice Springs. This resort was fine for what we paid ($120 per night for a standard room). Staff were all polite. The restaurant was very nice for both breakfast and dinner. more

We stayed in Alice Spring Resort in the beginning of February 2009. Now 3 months later my Master Card has been abused from that place 2 times. I have my Master Card in my hand here, but a person in Alice Springs Resort seems to have a copy. more

Stayed here as part of a tour around the Red Centre. If you book five nights with the Voyages resorts as we did, you get a discount. Hotel is OK, one of those places that does the job but nothing much more. Rooms are fine, breakfast is fine. Staff mostly helpful and friendly. Decor is a bit dated, we stayed... more

After staying in Sydney at the Marriot Sydney Harbor, we thought "Resort" in the name would be at least equal to the quality of a superior accomodation. Boy were we wrong. The Alice Springs Resort is over-hyped, over priced and isolated. We expected it to be better than any of the other places available, but if 60's era motel is... more

The hotel front desk staff was the worst I have experienced in the last 25 years of traveling for business. The staff would continue their personal conversations and ask that you wait a few minutes before responding to questions and check in. We booked this Voyages hotel as we were told it was the highest rated in Alice Springs. The... more

Our second accommodation on our itinerary in the Voyager resort chain was the Alice Springs Resort at AU $152/night. Meals not included. It is situated in nice grounds; the room was spacious and comfortable, although as we have found, more cleaning is required in the bathrooms and more maintenance is required with the fly screens. The reception was efficient. The... more

The hotel was fine. My room was nice and clean. You have your AC/Heat that you control. The beds were comfortable and the tv worked. After spending 2 weeks camping ...it actually felt like pure luxury. There's not much to do in Alice Springs. The resort is a nice, comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights. Anything more... more

We booked 2 nights at the Voyages, before and after a tour around the Red Centre. Not sure what the standard rooms are like, but we stayed in a Deluxe room and thought it was great. Spacious, quiet, nice furnishings, and a nice balcony overlooking Todd River (which is dry actually). Service was good too - we had a very... more
