“Not worth it. Poor conditions and hostel under renovations”

We had been contemplating between this hostel and Haven Backpackers. Both are for the same price, $23. Unfortunately, we decided we would go to this one. We got to the reception and soon learned that the hostel was under renovations because they got new owners. The staff was helpful and nice. The rest of the place was not so nice...... More

“very basic”

I took a motel room before and after my trip to Ayers Rock. The rooms are very basic and outdated. Reception closes at 19.30. The place is far from the centre of town, in a neighborhood that is not safe after dark, a taxi is the only option if you want to eat in a restaurant.

“Not worth the dollars.”

There are much better and safer hostels in better locations. Too expensive, very dated. Seems like a ghost town at night. Sometimes they don't open the bar. Stingy with breakfast. Too far from town centre and Alice ain't a good place to be walking the streets at night. Even a couple of minutes less walking can make a big difference.... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in a motel style double room. The room had AC, TV and coffee/tea making facilities. No fancy luxury, but just what we needed. “Great place to stay”

Stayed here for three night in a double bedroom with an ensuite and kitchenette air con, Great place for the price including transfer from the airport. A fiffteen minute walk into town. Very friendly and helpful staff. the room was clean, quiet and safe
