This was our first stay and it was great. The staff were very hepful. The housekeeping did a lovely job in our room. The location was brilliant, just about close to everything. Where do I start? I will start with a positive, the room was clean. Everything around the resort was out of order, washing machines, computers, literally half the equipment in the fitness room. “Never Again”

The only positive is the location. Been many times over the past 8 years but this is the last time. It's run down, taps drip, fans are noisy. Staff have no idea. Much better places close by at similar prices.

“Spacious rooms, very little parking”

“Disappointed”

Booked for 6 nights. Very disappointed with service. Door didn't lock,tap leaking,room had a smell. Generally very tired looking and dirty. Never any pool towels.Pool area was nice, however glasses, cigarette butts everywhere. Couldn't get a car park. When I expressed my concerns, management really were not interested.
