We picked this place as everything else seemed to be booked. Although it was in a good location, rooms are clean and that is all the place has going for it. There was no customer service what so ever and the owner is very rude man! more

I only stayed in this hotel due to the room shortage in Darwin due to the Dry Season. The staff was remarkably unprofessional for a supposed 4 star establishment. The room itself was quite large. It was tired but clean. Actually the whole hotel is tired. I would not stay there again if I had a choice. more

Stayed there because we needed the kitchenette due to diet restrictions and a very good rate on Wotif. Location is good, room is ok. This seems like a fairly new hotel. The suite was excellent: clean, quiet, and comfortable. There was a queen bed in the back room and a twin bed in the front room. The front room also had a fully stocked kitchen and TV. I didn't get a chance to try out the spa bath, though. The air conditioning worked well.... more
