Once I made the booking I was concerned about staying in a dreadful place...NOT TRUE...it was clean, no noise, fresh towels everyday...housecleaning wasn't too early, they were friendly.....$110 p/n was so cheap it was usually $200p/n but I don't think I would pay that...Darwin is expensive but a unit with cooking fac, air/con clean, pool what else do you want?... Good points - quiet location, easy walk to town - close to buses (free for seniors) good pool& bbq friendly and helpful reception staff Bad points - dated1960's decor, needs a make-over - noisy but effective wall air conditioner, very early housekeeping If you are not over fussy it's fine

Having read the reviews I wasnt expecting much. It was clean and had all the facilities we needed, kitchen, aircon, parking, location and price. Fine for a night but not for a holiday. Badly in need of updating.
