Arrived at this hotel after a very long from flight from England, so much appreciated the very prompt check-in. Our room was located on the 15th floor, so thankfully they had 2 lifts. When you book this hotel on the Ibis website they do not tell you tat you must pay 1.5% for your credit card when you settle at hotel. Stayed here on leisure/business trip in October 2009. Very pleased with all aspects of our stay at this hotel. Room was bigger than the usual Ibis rooms and the bathroom was great.
