We loved this hotel. For our 1st stop as travellers to Australia it was perfect. Its basic but clean and comfortable. Very well located if you dont mind a short walk to the centre along the coast. The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful in finding us the best tours at the best prices (recommed Reef Magic.) more

The hotel is on a one-way street overlooking the river so driving there requires some planning. You can park temporarily in front but there is also a (pay) garage right next door. The public reception areas were well maintained and reasonably spacious, with an included internet access area. There also seemed to be internal access to the nearby Ibis Hotel.... more

Spent 5 days in this hotel for holiday reasons. Check-in was fine. We had a riverview room on the 11th floor. Views were excellent. The room was ok, but fairly small with room for only one small armchair. Beds were fine, although mine had noisy springs.
