We stayed for two nights, and we had specifically requested a high floor, which they provided us. The views over the Botanic Garden are indeed excellent. This hotel/apt suite building is located right on MARY ST. across from the botanical gardens. Our views from the 19th floor were the best we had in Australia! Had a great view of the Botanical Gardens out our window. Nice place with a bedroom, kitchen, eating area, living room and washer/dryer. Probably a mile from Southbank cuz ya have to walk around to the bridge. You can probably cross over using the river ferries, but didn't check it out. Close to downtown and malls. more
