“Great Brisbane Hotel”

Stayed for two nights at the Hotel Urban in Brisbane. We had a king balcony room which was tastefully renovated. The rooms were large with everything you could want. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. The outlook over the city and parklands was pleasant and within walking distance into the CBD.

No problems with Reception desk both for check- in and check-out. The room was adequate with a comfortable king size bed. Hotel urban is trying to convey a modern & designer style however it fails to hit the mark on a number of levels. *Uninformative front office staff *Inattentive bartenders *Poorly renovated bathroom *Terrible car park *Noisy.
