Took a 1B/R Apartment on advice from Management, booked direct with them and they gave us a really good deal of $495 for a 3 night weekender. The room was really large, comprising 1 Q/S Bed in a large room with own balcony, large bathroom, large full kitchen and larger lounge/dining room with a huge balcony overlooking the pool area... more
We booked a two bed apartment and got upgraded to a three bed apartment when we arrived at no extra cost, which was a pleasant surprise. We had a superb apartment on the 5th floor with amazing views of the river and Story Bridge. Although simply furnished, the apartment was well appointed and clean, with exceptionally good servicing provided (we... more
We loved the large room with fabulous views of the city and Brisbane river and having self contained was great as we could do our own cooking if we felt inclined. The children enjoyed the lagoon style swimming pool - really beautiful and peaceful hard to believe you are in a city as very quiet area and walking around the... more
Our family booked in for a holiday for 5 nights in a 3 bedroom apartment, it had all new furniture fabulous views and a large balcony that we enjoyed seeing the boats going by on the river and enjoying our evening meal, very friendly and helpful staff that helped us will all our enquiries. The swimming pool is a lagoon... more
We had a very large three bedroomed apartment on the first floor with a view over the pool area and river. There were some aspects which made our stay unpleasant. Not knowing where to go, we ended up on the "otherside" of the stunning "Story Bridge". We enquired at the Quest Bridgewater and the receptionist advised that she only had studio apartments available. We settled... more
Good value for money but it was disappointing to see "fitness centre" advertised when all that was available was an out of date universal gym that didn't work and could only accommodate one person. Heaps of people looked in and walked out. Great pool, though. Location is great - just a very relaxing ferry ride to the city. Real quaint... more
Don't expect to be looked after if you're a longer stayer. We were told before checking in the the apartment would be cleaned on demand, this shifted to weekly once we had confirmed our booking. Then when the end of the week came we had to spend 2 or 3 days trying to find management to get them to come... more
I have stayed in Brisbane before, but chose to stay in a serviced apartment this time as my stay was a mix of business and pleasure, and I wanted someplace where I could make some of my own meals...but also have some of the comforts of a hotel. The Bridgewater seemed to be a good fit, and a good value... more
