Close to the Vally which is why it was booked. Room was gross, the bed was next to 2 walls so to get out of it you had to crawl down the end of the bed. There was no kitchen, only a kitchen bench, that was right next to your head when you were sleeping. The toliet/bathroom was seriously 1M... more

This place does have a distinctive smell of mould and various other musty products. They expect you to pay $10 to park off the street which was a bit odd. Rooms are small but have everything you need and are well kept. Overall this place is worth the price tag but dont expect any extras or good service. more

Arrived for check in, service was a bit lax, not the friendliest hosts. Room was clean but incredibly bland, for what I believed, was excess for the quality. Stayed at the City Palms for 8 nights. Great value for money. Accommodation is on a self catering basis, and the room is equipped with a small kitchen.
