We are due to leave tomorrow and don't want to go. Have had a great 2 week stay. Roomy, clean apartments and the staff were fantastic and always had a smile on their faces. We have been here over christmas and new year and even though some places were closed for the holidays we still found plenty to do. Lovely... More

Stayed for one night during a quick trip to Brisbane. Delayed check in as the Manager had gone for his coffee and the finance guy didn't know how to check us in. Would be a good idea to have more staff trained up. The extra bed from the room was also missing so had to call reception to arrange. Came... More

Thanks for your feedback Claribell and bringing this to our attention. We are now training up the finance guy to assist with reception duties should any of our staff be attending other matters. Tighter processes have been put in place to ensure guest requests are not overlooked and blankets have always been available in the cupboards. More

I recently stayed for a week at this hotel and found the place to be clean and in a good location (if you didn't need to be in the city - otherwise it's a ferry or cab across the river) The TVs were too small and not placed so that you could watch from your bed. No pay TV either.... More

I'm sure these apartments are nice much of the time. Be cautious of two things if you're going to stay here. One, if arriving by car you have to find a park somewhere to go and check in. You can't drive up to the car park and get let in by reception. If you are lucky there will be a... More

No specific complaints but like many Quests it is functional for overnight accommodation but it is tired, cheaply constructed, tatty and over priced. These apartment blocks are getting better and better at ticking the boxes for providing services but achieving it in an absolutely minimal way. And then they can charge high prices for not a lot. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment but arrived to find we had been upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. The extra space was nice but the staircase proved a little problematic with an active 16 month old. The staff were friendly and the location opposite the Story Bridge hotel and with nearby parks and playgrounds was excellent for our 1... More

I booked my stay online through wotif for around $150. Check in is at 2pm, I tried to check in at noon and was told my room would be ready in 30 minutes, which was appreciated. Efficient Reception staff took care of the paperwork, and I wandered across the road to the pub. The serviced apartments have a nice little... More
