This was a great place to stay, especially for someone with an extended stay in Brisbane. I found it very convenient in many ways including that it had a full kitchen to cook in, was only a few minutes walk to the train station (therefore easy transport to and from the city and the airport), 5 minute walk to the river, 20-30 minute walk to the city along the river, and 20 minute walk or 2 minute train ride to a large shopping center (Toowong). If you want a place that is located right in the city center then this will not be for you but the trains run pretty late at night and taxis are readily available throughout the city. Also there are always taxis waiting right outside the apartment (one of their waiting points) which made me feel safer walking down the street at night. They keep the place very clean and come clean the apartments weekly. Although the washer and dryer are pretty slow it is very nice to have one on site. They charge AUD $3 per load.
