Great place to stay. Manager, Stephen, was so helpful & welcomed us when we arrived - which was very late. Very convenient to restaurants, Roma Park & Springhill bus loop & easy walk into city. Stephen also arranged for our transfer to airport.

I arrived late, after 7pm, and was very happy with the friendly service I received. I am a frequent traveller and have been finding staff in other larger hotels in the city to be abrupt and uninterested. Not so here, nothing was a bother and I was made to feel very welcome. I would recommend it to others.

We were very happy with our unit. The unit is a little old but still well maintained, and clean. Had everything that we needed for the week. the genleman at the reception pleasant and helpful.The location is fasntastic just 10 minute walk to the centre of queen street mall. Good value hotel.
