I snagged this hotel at a great internet price so I can't complain too much. The room I was given was fine but yes the hotel was undergoing an upgrade. I have stayed at the Grand Chancellor before and it was all pretty good, just make sure you dont get a room either side of the lifts as they are a little noisy, no good if you are a light sleeper like me. After travelling for almost 24 hours, I couldn't wait to take a shower and nap.
