This hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of cairns, it is currently undergoing a revamp and at present 2 levels are been worked obn been 6 and 7 as well as the lobby area. Booked this hotel as overseas visitors were staying there, some of the friendliest staff of anywhere I have stayed in Cairns at the bar and restaurant and wow what a meal. Highly recommend the cocktails and the Brazillian dinner, do not order unless you are really hungry... Only thing I did not like is there was no mini bar.

This hotel was booked for us by Swain Travels as part of our package. 4 of us (2 couples) checked into this hotel 15th April for 3 nights. The reception at the front desk was terrible. The gentleman could not care for us. He had a very cavalier attitude about checking us in. There were no help with luggage etc.... More
