Ridiculously good service. Friendly and warm yet professional. Excellent value for money! We are not usual 5 star accommodation people, normally due to the price point. But the extras they added to our package - champagne, in house room service breakfast, strawberries ... Amazing. Would absolutely stay there again and recommend to all.

The bed was so comfortable and even though my husband got food poisioning somehow, the hotel allowed us to stay in the room later so he could be sick until we had to leave for our flight to Brisbane. Very much appreciated.

I have stayed in this Hotel many times and feel it is the best Hotel in Cairns. Service is great, staff are great and the location is ideal. The beds are very comfortable and with the casino and multiple dinning facilities on site you can;t ask for more.

Rooms amazingly comfortable. Spa great. Shower pressure great! Location great! Really suitable for families. So close to everything in city all within walking distance. Only recommendation would be that you should try to get on high a floor as possible cause you can get some road noise!

Good location can be a little hard to get in Chinese Restaurant unless your Chinese (Chinese seam to get preferred seating ) food was very good service average accommodation was pleasurable little over priced for service I would expect from a Pullman hotel over all good
