Pretty nice apartments- unfortunately we were given one facing the main street - so ask for a pool view room which will be quieter. My husband and I stayed here with our teenage children for a week. It was tremendous value and we would definitely stay again. To have the washing facilities was a Godsend as this was our third week in Australia. Although it was a 20 min walk to the main part of town we didn't really have a problem with that.... more

The City Terraces provided us with an good starting point for day trips to the various attractions around Cairns.
