Stayed here a few days while travelling loved every part!! Own pool and free food! The club next door is a very very good night out with different things on every night! Rooms were really nice and clean as well :) happy

If your looking for fun this is the place to go worth paying the little extra for deluxe private they have everything here nightclub locals and tourists tour desks who really know their stuff clean perfect location . I couldn't ask for better walk to everything

Gilligan's is basically the place to be in Cairns. A large party hostel with bar/ club attached. I liked staying at Gilligans as it is more like a hotel than a hostel, with a 24hr reception and ‘nice’ ensuite bathrooms, something you don’t see in that many hostels. I had such a good time here. It's cheap and clean and really good value for money. The pool area was great and having a nightclub directly downstairs is super convenient! Probably not a good place for older people, as it can be quite noisy especially on weekends.

Gilligan's is one of the best places in cairns to stay in and even one the cheaper options. Great location, and great facilities and rooms. I only wish there were more power outlets per room.
