Great accomodation - none better for the money. Convenient for everything. Super helpful people on the desk - until you pay, then you are on your own. Not even a 'Good morning' when you hand in your keys. No fly screens - so even in winter in the tropics you need to have the air-cons on. Over all great place... more
A great value apartment if you want to self cater . Very roomy and a fully equipped kitchen etc. With restaurant prices in Cairns, we were the envy of many hotel room visitors ! We found this hotel very convenient to the airport and the city and convenience stores nearby. The service was good - the managers were around most of the time to answer queries and give helpful advice on tours and restaurants etc. Pool area very relaxing and easy to access. We stayed at the Grosvenor for 4 nights and booked a 2 room apartment for my son and his girlfriend and my husband and I.
