Great resort with amazing pools and facilities. A lot of families around... However, a bit far from Port Douglas centre, and the shuttle bus is $7 each way per person! All the ad-ons are also quite expensive... wouldn't recommend to budget travellers! more

Foolishly we booked this hotel based on the Sheraton name - this is NOT a Sheraton standard hotel.
