We had a fabulous 5-day stay here in December. The lagoon pools are amazing and very well kept, essential when the beach is unsafe to swim in due to box jellyfish (when in season). Stay here for the pools. The rooms are fine, clean and comfortable and quite spacious. The food was terrible and terribly expensive, even with the "20% discount" so don't even bother and go into town instead. But the pools are fantastic to laze around and soak in. Booked the hotel through a promo in webjet where we got the rooms for a really good discount. So, in that regard, it is good value. However, the rooms we stayed at were really very old and tired. Apparently, they are in the process of renovating the rooms so we must have gotten the older rooms in our wing (D).... More
