We had the most fabulous stay at Martinque, Fred and Antonia are so helpful and friendly, nothing is to much trouble. The room was very clean and comfortable and we had the most enjoyable stay. We hopefully will return, sometime in the near future!! more

Just loved the architectural design and character of Martinique and this was enhanced by Antonia and Fred, the lovely friendly, helpful managers. Hotel is of a very high standard and rooms are delightful, light and spacious. The location is perfect as it situated at the beach end of Macrossan St (main shopping/restaurant St in Port Douglas). This allows guests to enjoy being within a 1 min walk of 4 mile beach and also be within walking distance of the shops and restaurants.... more

What can i say! The location was perfect - literally 1 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes and your in the heart of port douglas. The owners were very nice and helpful with advice on which tour operators to use. The rooms were comfortable and well presented. It was a wonderful place! more
