Excellent location walking out the front door to the beach and close to the heart of Port Douglas. Great price, friendly welcoming staff who gave us great advice on all local attractions including restaurants, tours and reef trip. The ladies were friendly enough, however, even tho I saw a cleaner, not once was our apartment cleaned, hoovered or towels changed within the 5 days we stayed! We stayed for three nights and enjoyed our stay - the hotel has an excellent location. The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciate we were staying in an apartment but I would have liked clean towels every day and the bed made.
