Excellent. Would highly recommend. First rate modern accommodation with helpful staff. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite overlooking the pool (which is lovely). Staff were great in helping us book our tours. We also found the breakfast to be great. The only thing I can say is how frustrating it was to not be able to use the pool... more

We stayed at the Beach Club for about 6 days and had a great time. The lagoon pool is great, especially for kids and the rooms were very well decorated. One complaint I have is the sound insulation, which wasn't great. I could hear people in the room above, but it wasn't hugely bad. Breakfast was pretty good - served... more

Our family, 2 adults and 2 boys (7 & 13) stayed at the Peppers Beach Club for 3 nights and loved it. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment which is actually a 1 bedroom apt adjoining a Spa Room. We were surprised how much space we had and really could have managed with just the 1 bedroom as there is... more

After winning a competition to stay at this resort I checked out the website which looked great & my fiance and I were so excited. We arrived & before we were even off the bus concierge had unloaded our bags & were waiting to greet us as we stepped off. They lead us thru the stunning open aired reception to... more

Very late check was no problem and they organised a car to collect us at Cairns airport (but at a cost of $170) . We were given a nice but small spa room, which was as expected nicely decorated and had a nice clean bathroom and comfy bed. However 10am check out after a post midnight check in & an... more

We stayed at Peppers for nine nights over christmas 2007. We were getting married at St Mary's by the Sea in Port Douglas. Overall our stay was first class. We were a party of 14 (7 rooms) we had a mix of appartments and Spa suites. We stayed in both! our view was that the suites are much better. The... more

Peppers Beach Club in Port Douglas is a fantastic apartment hotel really close to both the beach and the main street of Port Douglas. We stayed in a Spa Suite which has a huge spa bath on the balcony. The room itself was not enormous but average for a modern hotel room. The bathroom was very large and shower nice... more

Very attractive setting close to the town centre. We arrived on Christmas day straight from flying in from the UK. Were pleased to find IGA stores open en route from Cairns to buy basic provisions. The room, though attractive and very modern, was severely lacking useful storage (one cupboard was kept locked - it was storage for the apartment owners).... more

Stayed in Peppers Beach Club at the beginning of December. It was really lovely. The staff were excellent, they gave us plenty of help recommending things to do and places to go! The room was clean and comfortable, with a large balcony over looking the pool. A newspaper was delivered every morning to the room, which was a nice touch.... more
