Arrived and was greated immediately bags taken from the car straight to our room no having to carry your own stuff. Quick efficient check in quickest I have ever experienced. Large room well appointed carpet a bit worn but otherwise clean. Our balcony faced onto the Gold Coast Highway with a distant ocean view which was noisey even with windows... more

I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights with my husband and two small children (aged 5 & 7). Love it instantly. The children love the pool, and the play area. I love the room service and the location. It is only a walking distance to the beach. To top that, if you don't have transport, you can take a... more

We stayed here from 8-18 March, 2009 with our 2 kids, 2 and 10 months, and we thought it was great! The kids club is good for a little "self" time, with each child receiveing 1 free 3 hour session in the club for free, every day. We only used the club 3 times over the 10 days, and found... more

Stayed for 8 nights at the beginning of Feb 2009 - booked apool view family resort room (interconnecting room with basic kitchenette facilities). Besides not being able to see much of the pool because of the vegetation around the pool, our balcony were huge - with deck chairs on to laze around on. Liked the size of the room, we... more
