Stayed with my family in a 3 BR apt, on the 28th floor of the Central tower. Location is great, very close to the main hub of activities surrounding Surfers Paradise. My husband and i stayed at the Chevron during our Honeymoon in Dec'06. We arrived late night at Brisbane airport, a shared bus was arranged for us which was a bad idea. Chevron is a great facility. We booked through Escape Now and the staff there were fabulous. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment on the 25th floor overlooking the beach. The apartment was awesome. my family and i booked at the chevron renaissance goldcoast NEVER AGAIN (MAGGOTS IN RECYCLE BINS) never cleaned the cleaners who clean the towers and pool area were BAD they never picked up the recycled rubbish on the floors so SMELLY sat there days the green bins had MAGGOTS in them. the hallways were never vacumed so dirty. as for... more
