We were surprised that the room was very spacious, the balcony overlooking the pool was lovely except for the previous occupants hair and clipped toenails....yuk! The washing machine and dryer were new which was a bonus. The beds and bed linen are all in poor condition as was the carpets. Both bathrooms need upgrading with broken tiles and dirty grout... More

This is a great choice of affordable accommodation on the gold coast. Located between Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise and only a few minutes walk to a patrolled section of beach. decided on a holiday in surfers and had the pleasure of staying at Mari on wharf rd, it has every thing required for a holiday, and friendly helpful staff, would highly recommend. close to beach, shopping and buses. apartment was bigger than expected and came fully self contained. spa, pool and gardens were a added extra.

Apartment was outdated needs refit furniture damaged bathroom's dirty and tiles broken needs new vanity units in bathrooms Our carpet was wet in the main room as some one had locked the door open and left the blinds open had to spray down the apartment cause it stank of dampness big massive goudges out of the benches in the kitchen... Nice gardens. Rooms ok but what annoys me is the constant small charges half a roll of toilet paper for a 7 night stay then they charge you for any more used. Coffee tea etc same thing. I thought service was arrogant also the games room unusable due to the location
