My husband and I stayed here during our trip to Surfers Paradise. A list of Pros and Cons are below:
Pros:
1. The staff were competent and friendly. We arrived late in the night and late check-in went smoothly.
2. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Surfers Paradise. It is within walking distance from restaurants and shops.
3. Secure tandem parking is provided to hotel guests. This was a little annoying when all spots were full though!
4. A washing machine and dryer were provided at no extra cost.
5. The outdoor pool and spa were ok.
Cons:
1. The rooms were very dated. They were large but consisted of old furniture, floral bedspreads and smelt musky.
2. The bathroom was particularly bad. It was mouldy and looked rusty. The toilet itself was dreadful as was the shower.
3. The guest information booklets in the room were sticky and grubby.

Overall, I would not stay at this place again. more
