I needn't have bothered, the first apartment was just perfect for my daughter and I and her Overseas Bon Voyage party for 12 friends. Excellent location,beautiful pools,grounds,etc, however the carpet in the apartment needed replacing.Very stained.Stayed in lots of apartments right in the heart of surfers and this one by far is a favourite. more

Stayed for 10 days in the Esplanade Tower. 3 Bedroom, 3 balcony. Fully tiled throughout and modern. Very clean, good ample parking. Kitchen spotless, all facilities in good condition except 1 toilet had a slight leak(ie kept refilling - but almost inadudible and you had two bathrooms anyway). We stayed in a two bedroom apartment in the "View Tower" on Level 5. Good views of the beach and the pool. The outdoor pool did not get much sun and was therefore too cold to swim in. the location is right on the surfers paradise..... you have a full view of the beach from your room or balcony...... its nice to have something right at the 13th or 14th floor..... the rooms and even the apartments are very nicely furnished..... this is a true value for money..... more

We stayed at the Breakfree Moroccan basically because they were having a sale and it was ridiculoulsly cheap. We arrived the weekend when Schoolies week had just finished, so the place was very busy and a bit noisy. Unfortunately our room was only on the third floor, so no sea views. we came to stay at the Moroccan for our 25th Wedding Anniversay in Feb 08 and like others paid very good money for our apartment. The views are fabulous for sure, but the room was very dated with dirty ripped carpet and when it rained the doors didnt shut so the rain came in wetting the floor. Service, well can't... more
