The apartment was spacious, but it certainly needed a makeover. The rooms were tired, curtains frayed, one old television in the living space. No luxuries, hair dryer from reception etc. Fine if you are working on the building sites which surround the apartments. more

Our 2 bedroom apartment was dirty and smelly. Carpeted floor was stained, furniture in lounge was stained black with dirt and smelled like old dogs, the kettle was mouldy, airconditioner was very noisy and didn't work too well - had to sleep with ear plugs in...the list goes on. This place is located in Palmer St which is walking distance from the main hub of Townsville. Restarants and Hotels are located all along Palmer St and you would be hard to please if you could not find something that suited you. If you are willing to walk a little further, you can go across the bridge into Townsville itself... more
