Room is small but sufficient if you are travelling with minimal luggage. It comes with bed, tv, mini fridge and attached bath. Self check in via terminal at the entrance.

We arrived at 10am and room is not available yet but they allowed us to deposit our luggage at the Majestic Lion Apartment which is about 5 min walk from Minima.

If you required a secured parking lot in the building, this might not be a good place. The building has only 2 covered parking lots which belongs to the hotel and is chargeable at AUD8/day(?). Everyday we arrived back to hotel, we are unable to get a parking in the building. There are parking lots available on the street with some parking restrictions.
But it's good enough for us.

Location is good. Melbourne street has quite a few good restaurants and good coffee Cibo is just around the corner, our usual breakfast place. There are buses to catch to the city just across the road. It takes about 10 - 15min ride to the city. more
