We stayed for two nights in an executive King room and it was fantastic. Great views from the 21st floor, very comfortable king sized bed, huge marble bathroom and access to the club room which was great as it included evening drinks and canapes and breakfast. Hotel is very centrally located being next door to the casino and very close... more

I have only ever stayed at The Hyatt in Adelaide with an exception of one time when they were booked out. I think this is the best property overall with cleanliness, customer service, location and overall look of the hotel. I do agree with the other reviewers here who say this hotel needs a refurbish. I noticed the TV's had... more

Had booked a 3 night deal for 2 adults &1 child. Upon request was upgraded to a King size river view room on the 17th floor. The staff were friendly and efficient with Valet Parking and Porter service to the room. The room was lovely but squeezy with a roll-away bed included, the outdoor pool was heated beautifully especially being... more

Just stayed at the Hyatt for two nights for business and I totally concur with the majority of the reviewers, the hotel is in desperate need of a refurb. It is in an excellent location with great views, and the lobby is smart and well presented, but once you get up to the rooms or restaurants it really shows its... more

Our two night second stay at the Hyatt was very pleasant. The Regency club room was on one of the higher levels and the views were wonderful. The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Some things about the room, such as the wardrobe doors, are getting a bit dated but this did not spoil our enjoyment in... more

We ended up at the Hyatt after refusing to stay at another (non-chain) hotel that was unacceptable on Hindley Street, even though it was pre-paid (see my other reviews) the reservations agent suggested that we upgrade to the Regency level which for an additional $50 per room per night would give us access to the Regency Lounge and included breakfast,... more

In the mid-1990's we had an office in Adelaide, and spent a lot of time in the Hyatt Adelaide. We hadn't been back since 1996. On arrival, we found that nothing had changed. It was the same decor --- only now it looked dated. And the hotel was showing obvious signs of wear and tear. The atrium was devoid of... more

We just enjoyed a short stay in Adelaide ,and this is the second time we have stayed at the Hyatt Regency. We always like to try new hotels however we found that our options for good hotels in Adelaide were pretty limited...so we stayed at the Hyatt again. The hotel is located a street away from the main shopping strip,... more

The hotel room boasted spectacular views over Adelaide Oval, the city skyline and the River Torrens. The room was spacious and the marble bathroom was spick and span. There was also plenty of wardrobe room to store suitcases and clothing. The breakfast service was great with the waitress continually wanting to fill up my cup! The Hyatt is close is in... more

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the main shopping street and on the same road as a number of impressive historical buildings. It also overlooks the river and cricket oval. Rooms are large and nicely presented. The food is good from room service and the breakfast buffet. The decor generally is probably due for an upgrade... more
