Room too hot - had to turn off central A/C. Toilet area cramped. Reception lady very good/helpful. Breakfast good, although juice glasses very/too small. Good central location. Check in & out very good.

Front desk reception staff bent over backwards to make sure my stay was as pleasant and relaxing as possible. The rooms are neat, great cupboard space, very new bathrooms and extremely clean. Bed and pillows were pretty comfy too- I slept like a baby! Would definitely recommend!

An older style hotel - friendly attentive staff - clean. But dining facilities need a makeover - rather inadequate in busy times. The room was clean comfortable but an older style and had been renovated with an unusual en-suite.

Briefly stayed in the hotel on business. Overall, a very decent place for a reasonable price. Location is very good for the Festival Theater and the Convention Centre. I choose to stay at the Mercure Adelaide as it is good value and extremely central for all my requirements. I has a good exercise facility and the staff have always been excellent,inattention to detail. I have no reason to try other hotels, Don Chambers

Hotel was extremely clean & suits those looking for clean comfortable accommodation. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a little expensive for what was served. Overall, great place & location, room a tad small but it suited me this trip.
